All orders are processed within (3-5) business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order before shipment-not deliver time.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
We primarily ship using USPS/UPS/FedEx.
Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
